If you are not completely happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt. To ensure your refund can be processed promptly, please ensure you include your name and order number. Goods can be returned in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging, but must reach us in a re-saleable condition.
Once your order is received by ourselves a refund will be issued via the original payment method and you’ll receive an email confirming the refund. Please note that it can take 7 – 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account / PayPal.
We regret that we are unable to offer free returns.
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that clearance products, insert cards/papers and samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return a product due to a ‘change of heart’ the cost of the return will be borne by the you, the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us.
All goods returned to us should be returned in suitable packaging and protected against postal damage. Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund, and potentially no refund, depending on the amount of damage as assessed by us.
