If you are not entirely happy with your purchases you can easily return or exchange them. Please note that the information below is for online purchases only.
Terms & Conditions for Returns:
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of receipt.If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit or you don't like it when it arrives then you have to pay the postage back to us.
If an item arrives with you and it is damaged, or not as described on the website then call us on 01347 823438 or contact us through here before sending the item back to us.
Once we have received your return your money will be back in your account within 7 - 10 working days.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We recommend you use a form of recorded or special delivery in case of any issues with your return.
All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, The Paperbox Ltd reserves the right not to refund the item and to send it back to you at your expense.
- Please note that clearance products, insert cards/papers and samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
At The Paperbox, we only ever want our customers to be 100% satisfied and happy with their products. Therefore, if you have received your items and you're not 100% happy with them or they are unsuitable for any reason you can send them back to us for a refund. This may exclude some bespoke and sale items. We only ask that they are in the same condition as received and returned to us in resaleable condition.
In the unlikely event that an item you purchased is damaged or faulty please contact us using the contact page before sending back your return.
Once we have received your return, your money will be back in your account within 7 - 10 working days. We will send you an email confirming when we have processed your refund. (Please note that the initial postage amount is non-refundable).
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of contract, or 30 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, please contact us prior to returning your item. You will have your payment returned in line with our policy below. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Part used packs are deemed as used and accepted by you and will not be accepted as a return. Refund of payment will be in line with the payment used at the time to purchase the original goods.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourne by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourne by us.
Some of our products are bespoke and made to order. This includes square and A6 pocket insert cards, therefore these goods are not returnable and non refundable. We take great care to package all goods properly. All goods returned to us should be returned in the original packaging and protected against postal damage. Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund, and potentially no refund, depending on the amount of damage as assessed by us. All goods are assessed by us on receipt.We reserve the right to charge a % admin fee for goods returned to us for a refund.The content of the pages of this website are for your general information and use only.
