Tracked UK orders are shipped by Hermes or DpD. European orders are shipped by DPD Europe.
We are aware that some goods are shipped to addresses in the countries we do supply, to be forwarded to addresses to which we do not ship. Please be aware that the countries we do ship to are clearly defined on this website. Our liability to our legal duty and requirements only extends to the address as detailed on the shipping details. We accept no liability once delivery has taken place other than those defined by the distance selling rules.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that tracked goods can be delivered to the address specified on the order (shipping address). You should receive a message informing you of a time of delivery. You can communicate with the delivery company to change your delivery if required. Goods may have to be collected from a local sorting office or parcel shop at a later date if it is not possible for the courier to make delivery.
The redirection of packages is not possible. Goods can only be shipped to the address specified at point of order. The shipping address supplied by you is your responsibility as we will only deliver to the address specified by you. This applies to both UK and EU orders. Please note that we do not ship to Jersey or Switzerland for tax and import duty reasons.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of this website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
As a special condition to Irish and EU customers, in the countries we provide a service to, and in addition to our normal terms and conditions, please note that all sales are classed as retail sales to individual retail customers. If you make a purchase through, or on behalf of a business, this will still be classed as a retail purchase by a named individual. Due to restrictions in EU law we will not be able to supply you with a VAT receipt for any business purchases outside of the UK. Consequently, you will not be able to claim back any VAT in your country. If you make a purchase in error by being unable to follow this condition and do not wish to complete the transaction we will be happy to refund your money immediately via the payment method by which you made your purchase. It is your responsibility to request a VAT receipt at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and your rights and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of contract, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, please contact us prior to returning your item. You will have your payment returned in line with our policy below. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Part used packs are deemed as used and accepted by you and will not be accepted as a return. Refund of payment will be in line with the payment used at the time to purchase the original goods.
You have a 14 day cooling off period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us or of damage. A refund will be given.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be borne by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us.
Some of our products are bespoke and made to order. This includes square and A6 pocket insert cards and samples therefore these goods are not returnable and non refundable.
We take great care to package all goods properly. All goods returned to us should be returned in the original packaging and protected against postal damage. Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund, and potentially no refund, depending on the amount of damage as assessed by us. All goods are assessed by us on receipt.
We reserve the right to charge a % admin fee for goods returned to us for a refund. Upgraded postal charges are non refundable.

Our Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the account of any customer who is abusive, excessively unreasonable, unreasonably demanding, aggressive, is barred from other sites relating to the business performed by The Paperbox Ltd or who breaches the terms and conditions listed on this site or previously operated by the owner/s of The Paperbox Ltd. This termination extends to the abuse of discount vouchers or promotions and also to cases of suspected postal theft and the misuse of systems to gain fraudulent refunds whether carried out on this site or other sites operated by us. We have procedures in place which enable us to independently investigate such cases and if we suspect beyond reasonable doubt that this has taken place, will take action. We reserve the right not to provide a service to you under any circumstances in breach of our terms and conditions. Any payment made for goods not supplied by us will be refunded in full by the payment method executed at the time of purchase.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order, whether paid for or not, that results in an error on the site. This extends to purchases from exempt locations where incorrect or misleading information has been provided to circumnavigate our filters. The definition of this includes, but is not limited to, the Channel Islands and France.
Our termination rights also extend to the abuse of product purchase. We always encourage you to purchase a sample of the product you require to ensure suitability. We deliberately make this easy to do. Buying multiple products with the deliberate intention of returning them is classed by us as a breach of conditions and we reserve the right to act on this if we deem it necessary. This may extend to closing your account and refusing to accept future orders from you across all of our sites and outlets.
We use active blocking software which enables us to prevent or/and highlight access by you to The Paperbox website if necessary. We will only do this as a last resort if we feel that the terms and conditions on this site or other sites operated by The Paperbox Ltd are breached whether proven or not. This extends to the abuse or threatened abuse of Twitter posting, Facebook posting or reviews on review sites that we deem inaccurate and subsequently misleading. Blocking on this site, for inappropriate listing or posting of inaccurate or misleading comments across all our outlet sites, is our right. To protect all our customers we operate a zero tolerance view and the block will be for life. The author or instigator is wholly responsible for their actions and The Paperbox accepts no liability. We understand that this can be highly detrimental to business customer and in turn, their own customers, however the decision of the Operations Director is final.
We regularly get asked if we can offer discounts for bulk orders. As a company supplying retail and business customers in the UK and Europe requests for discounts would generally be beyond the spend scope of most retail customers. We do however offer discounts to retail customers from time to time by issuing % discount vouchers to be redeemed on this website when making subsequent purchases. All discount vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Additionally, we may offer tailored discounts to some business customers. These are generally applied at our discretion and are based on regular spend reviews, by us, on customer accounts. We will normally approach the customer to inform them of the application of a tailored discount on their account. Discounts are applied depending on customer loyalty and spend ratio. We reserve the right to terminate any applied discount without notice or explanation at any time. All normal terms and conditions on this website will apply to the benefits of these discounts or vouchers.

Action will be taken and damages will be sought on any act deemed by the solicitors acting for The Paperbox Ltd, to breach the infringement rights of The Paperbox and any other associated companies or companies licensed to use The Paperbox brand name and/or logo.
