Express orders will be shipped via 1st class Royal Mail or DPD.

DPD Expedited 1 - 2* Working Days, order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same day dispatch
Expedited Delivery is available in mainland UK (excludes Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland) and orders will be shipped via DPD.

Monday to Friday, orders placed by 2pm** will be dispatched the same day.
Any orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next available working day. You’ll receive a text and/or email notification advising of a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
* Expedited deliveries may be delayed in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances (e.g severe weather conditions, road traffic accidents preventing transport etc.)

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt. To ensure your refund can be processed promptly, please ensure you include your name and order number. Goods can be returned in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging, but must reach us in a re-saleable condition.
Once your order is received by ourselves a refund will be issued via the original payment method and you’ll receive an email confirming the refund. Please note that it can take 7 – 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account / PayPal.
We regret that we are unable to offer free returns and we cannot accept part used packs as these are deemed as accepted by you and cannot be returned.
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that clearance/sale products, insert cards/papers, samples, bespoke, wholesale card blanks and wholesale card sheets (A5, 5 x 7, A6, A7) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, orders over 250 sheets are deemed by us to be wholesale or bespoke, made to order and as such are non returnable and non refundable.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return a product due to a ‘change of heart’ the cost of the return will be borne by the you, the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us.
All goods returned to us should be returned in suitable packaging and protected against postal damage. Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund, and potentially no refund, depending on the amount of damage as assessed by us.
